I ordered this charger for my 2017 Chevy Bolt EV as I need to charge outside. IP66 rating is all I need for Michigan charging. It is rated for temperatures from -22F to 120F. My first device kept showing a Vout leak error code and stopped charging so I contacted support and we tried a few more things and realized something was wrong with this device. Support sent me a new unit direct from Hong Kong and it arrived very quickly, impressively fast! They went higher and further. Your support is the best I have ever received for any product! The new device works perfectly and is very robust. The device has multiple amperage options and the ability to delay the start of charging. The LED display is great for showing information and charges my Bolt at a maximum output of 32A at 240V. For my next electric car I have bought a 40A version for the future. Great product from a trusted name! I would highly recommend this charger to anyone who needs an outdoor charging solution as most of us don't need a Chevy Bolt in our garages lately!
