It worked great
It unexpectedly replaced a much more expensive but less efficient older model. I really like this thermometer because it has a large and easy to read screen that takes the guesswork out of once the meat is cooked. Works very well in the dark. It is very accurate and has a fast response time. Equipped with a magnet to keep it closed. It has a high quality probe and the wire is long enough that I don't have to worry about burning my fingers from the heat. Would recommend to others.
