Review on Axle by Bryan Fields

The ability to create multiple workflows in one platform is incredible. From scheduling appointments, to sending out emails, everything can be done from one application. I like how easy it is to train other staff members on how to use the system. It's not as user friendly for our end users if they are not tech savvy. If you have a team of people who are able to navigate through this software without needing any training then great! Otherwise, look at other options. We've been able to eliminate manual processes which has reduced our costs significantly. We also have a more robust reporting that we were missing before.
