I like how easy it is to use this software for my business. It has all of the features needed in one place. There are no extra costs or fees involved with using this product. The customer service team can be reached via email if there needs to be any problems solved while using the program. The software is intuitive to use; it's user friendly with no issues I can think of at this time (thoughts may change later). There are multiple ways in which we utilize axles into our workflow including as part of documentation for billing purposes via Epic or through Radiologicto help us better manage accessioning/coding responsibilities during shifts when RNs cannot be present. It has allowed me less stressful workflows throughout my shift while also providing more oversight than if only one

The ability to create multiple workflows in one platform is incredible. From scheduling appointments, to sending out emails, everything can be done from one application. I like how easy it is to train other staff members on how to use the system. It's not as user friendly for our end users if they are not tech savvy.
