I like how easy it is to use this software for my business. It has all of the features needed in one place. There are no extra costs or fees involved with using this product. The customer service team can be reached via email if there needs to be any problems solved while using the program. At first, we were not able to set up our own schedules because they did not have enough experience with scheduling programs. We had to go through several different employees before someone could help us figure out what was wrong. Once we figured everything out, it worked perfectly! This helped me save time by being able to schedule tasks at times when I am free instead of having to wait until after work hours.
