Before I bought it, I looked at some test reports/comparisons on YouTube and wanted to try it out with Arctic P12 fans. I also have several Noctua fans like the S12A and the A14. They're every bit as good as Noctua's in terms of performance and quality, but without the fancy packaging. I don't need very high RPMs as low noise is a higher priority, but the 120mm flex performs exceptionally well at its top RPMs. There are 8 gray rubber pads pre-installed, while Noctua offers 4 rubber pads in black, white, red, yellow, green and blue. Arctic works very well and has the best price, but quality control is an issue. My arctic fans are very loud. The P12 has no rubber protection, no sleeveless cables but comes with a daisy chain splitter. They also don't feel as premium as Scythe and Noctua. Overall, they're worth the slight premium over the Arctic for build quality, and will give Noctua an edge in noise performance. But the Arctic gives a 10-year warranty, Noctua - 6 years and Kosa - 2 years.
