We have been using this system since it was first released! It's not perfect but we've found what works best in our facility as well has their support staff who are amazing!! If you want something that will be up front about expectations then go ahead & run - don't walk away from your dreams because of price issues (we did). I mean they charge $150 per month just so YOU can use THEIR PRODUCT. Seriously? The benefits far outweigh any cons at least by orders if magnitude. ! They provide updates regularly which keeps us abreast/ahead of all changes quickly AND easily while providing easy access via mobile devices or computers alike when working remotely etc.,etc..
