I have been using this product for about 3 years now, it has helped me with all my dog sitter needs! It is very easy to use as well great customer service if you need help at any time during business hours (which are 24/7). I love that you can send out reminders to clients about their appointments, as well as have access all information online! It is also nice because it has an option for adding multiple pet sitters so if there are more than one client at home with pets we don't need everyone's login info over & again just once time when they log back into our website (which happens frequently). I really like that they are fully insured, have great customer service skills, their rates seem fair for what you get. Nothing at this time! We had to cancel our account with them because we needed more control over our pet sitter scheduling than it gave us (we could not set the frequency). They were friendly enough but did not listen when i asked about adding another client so as to make sure there would be no repeat customers. The most helpful thing about Power PetSitter is all of the alerts that are sent out to us. The alerts are very useful to be able to know when someone is in trouble. The alerts also make it easy to know when someone is missing. I also like that the app is available on both the phone and the computer. I wish that there was an option to have alerts sent via text. It is very easy to use, it's pretty flexible once you learn how everything works (if there are any learning curves). I did not like that some pets had issues when transferred from one pet sitter to another; we've learned though as they have improved their system over time!
