Edit: I was contacted by their customer service and received a refund with the peace of mind that they are working on a design fix to improve the product. ------- --------------I love the idea of this seat cover, but the edges on the seat bottom and shoulder area curl up when I get in the car (microfiber on mine running shorts ). don't make the smoothest combinations). I have a feeling they could either do a lace edging to tighten the cover around my seat or add a few more clips in a convenient spot. A clip that wraps around the headrest makes no sense as the top completely wraps/encloses the headrest so the headrest doesn't go anywhere. It's just a weird design.
