Review on SMONTER 38-Inch Heavy Duty Metal Dog Cage with Wheels, I Shape, Brown - Strong Pet Kennel Crate Playpen by Anthony Chacon

I bought this heavy duty mid-range kennel for my anxious escape artist I call my dog She has ripped 4 kennels completely aftermarket upgrades I still have not been able to get it I bought this kennel in response to this horrible case of Bought separation.I am very upset that the holes in the kennel are not all lined up.All but one are actually misaligned but the top rear corner hole for the nut and bolt,they are more than an inch off what making it impossible for me to properly assemble this kennel without the use of powerful power tools.instruments.everything else seems great (except for the flimsy locks but on the doors. I will replace them). I removed the logo part because it seemed my dog could easily grab it and possibly injure himself as per another review. I'm not sure what I'm going to do about this problem as I have to go to work in an hour. I'm very upset and would ask for my money back and a refund if that wasn't my only option. Everything else seems great. I'm just really upset that she could possibly still come out and injure herself very badly in the process. EDIT: I have sent an email to the support email address provided regarding the issue. They have since emailed me back and are replacing my product. They told me to keep the one I have and they sent me a brand new one. EDIT 2: I got a brand new one. I already fixed the old one myself, so now I have an extra one. I think I'll use it if this one ever breaks. Now I'm giving it 5 stars because it's a really great product. I think you just have to be tired that it may be easily damaged.
