I have just bought a very large trailer and found that it lowered the bed of my one ton truck just a few inches further, and i found out . These blocks are from the garage. They were easy to install. My truck is a 2001 F350, and there's about 3 inches of space between the original little rubber blocks and the G-Load springs, so they filled that gap and applied the G-forces almost instantly, which in turn held the extra weight really well. Just cut out the original blocks and get ready for a harder ride, but it's certainly better than paying an extra $2-300 for installation or a lot more for airbags. I was told to round off the square edge towards the spring side of the block to allow more contact with the rubber and avoid later rubber chipping. I used a spiral saw and a folding wheel on a 4" sander to trim the edge. Jim
