It's incredibly efficient. I have recorded 1000 DVD copies and double DVD copies over the last 8 years, all individually. I should have bought one of these years ago! The device is relatively quiet and the copy and compare feature is a very desirable feature. I burned over 100 DVDs in 2 days with very little effort and VERY few crashes - most likely the 3 crashes were related to the DVD media and not the duplicator. The device did not overheat or shut down even after 12 hours of continuous copying. This is a workhorse. The only downside was that I had to put it on a small table for better access to the bottom drive. The discs are packed tightly together but are easily accessible by simply starting to fill the bottom disc for each stack of copies. I would strongly recommend a device with 5 or more burners to get the most out of it.
