You need a blender for diet and sports nutrition
The product is worthless without a mixer. I tried shaking it by hand in a water bottle and it didn't mix at all. Very small and gross. Much worse than the tailwind I was trying to get rid of. With this product you will look good again. I will not buy this product again as you need a blender to mix it. It is also very runny when simply mixed with water.
