Before purchasing this product which I initially found expensive, I tried JB Weld Clear Epoxy - same size container, recommended 5 minute cure time - and Gorilla Glue Epoxy to attach the ABS passenger side mirror housing. Some cheap moves are idiotic. I like a lot of JB Weld's products, but the clear epoxy didn't fully cure even after 24 hours. So I tried again with one of those Gorilla Glue epoxy ejector tubes. It set a little in 15 minutes instead of the promised 5 minutes, but I still had to glue the parts in place overnight to ensure they didn't move during the curing process. I shouldn't have messed around. I knew the West Marine brand was good but I ended up buying it anyway and it performed great as expected. Exactly 5 minutes to set up. That's right, don't be stupid. This stuff just works to create a good, strong bond very easily. If you need it fast, just spend your money and order it with Prime shipping. It's certainly better than cleaning up the sticky mess left by inferior products and starting over.
