I didn't like the fact that I couldn't fully open the driver's side window, which of course you use a lot. It came with rivets, quite a few actually, the old mount only needed 3, the bag had 5 so even if you screw it up you still have extras which is nice. Installation wasn't too bad, removing the old rivets was the most difficult aspect, when I tried to use a drill my old rivets just turned which didn't allow me to drill holes. I had to use a skin tool along with a drill to pry out the holes. After the replacement didn't go too bad the only issue I had was that one of the holes on the replacement was so small the rivet wouldn't fit, just drilled through with a drill and it was fine. I had more problems with the door panel. The material is very strong, already lubricated and should last the rest of the truck's life. Already covered 200,000 km. You will need a rivet gun, Astro Pneumatic 1423 13" Heavy Duty Hand Riveter which I have used requires 1/4 grip size.
