Makes separating eggs easier
I use it a lot in baking and it's easier and cleaner than any other method I've tried to separate eggs. this has worked every time, for every egg, probably 100 by now. I can see that some have had problems, but I've used it with fresh and old eggs, organic and not. Bottom line, I'm far more likely to do things that require separating the eggs! my favorite instrument
