If you've ever used an empty water bottle to separate egg yolks, it should be pretty easy. some concept, minus the waste of using a water bottle. Use a shallow bowl to make separating easier, use a machine to separate, and put the separated egg whites in a large bowl if you need more than 2 eggs. Great concept.

Works great! Suction is good unless you put all the eggs in one bowl and then try to get the yolk out. As if the egg white is too thick in the bowl and coating the yolk. What if you break them one at a time and pull out the yoke, or break them straight into the pan, thing works great!

Bought about a year ago. At first we didn't like it, so we decided to continue the practice. The verdict has been made, we don't like it. The yolk breaks more often than not. The game was worth that low price, but we've now bought a more traditional separator and are happy with it.

I use it a lot in baking and it's easier and cleaner than any other method I've tried to separate eggs. this has worked every time, for every egg, probably 100 by now. I can see that some have had problems, but I've used it with fresh and old eggs, organic and not. I got so fed up with getting the yolks out of egg whites using my old separation method that I broke down and bought this little device. That works great! It is made of soft silicone material. It cleans easily and separates my balls flawlessly and beautifully. The size is perfect and it's easy to use. I will never go back to the old way of separating eggs. The product came earlier than promised.

Suction power is not easy to control. There are problems with medium and large eggs, because the yolk leaves a gap around the hole, and the egg white can also be absorbed. If you want to leave the whites and mix in the yolks, that's fine, but you'll likely suck out some or most of the whites along with the yolks.
