Review on 🛶 Hull-a-Port Thule Rooftop Kayak Carrier by Wayne Ohlrogge

This order was a disaster from the start. I made the mistake of ordering this product in a hurry thinking I'd order Thule Hula A Port Aero. So this is my fault. When I tried to return the item, I was told that there would be a fee for the return. After thinking about it, I decided to try the product and if it works, keep it. When I opened the box, which had a huge amount of tape around the edges, I saw some of the parts in ziplock bags and they were in use. This added to my frustration as this was not the product I originally wanted and I went back to the supplier's customer service. Outdoor Play's supplier informed me that I can return the product free of charge within 30 days without giving a reason and the return label was on the back of the packing list. When I got to UPS they told me again that the return label had not been paid for by the seller and that it would cost me $80 to ship the item back from Georgia to Oregon. I was so incredibly frustrated with the whole deal and didn't want to deal with the product anymore that I paid $80. Despite receiving full credit from the seller, I still have not received my $80 product return and have not been able to find a way to contact Revain and the seller has not responded to my calls. I have since purchased kayak stands from another supplier and will NEVER work with that supplier again and I doubt I will continue to buy Revain products.
