Review on 🔌 Centec Systems 94709 Quick Click 16 Foot Hose with Expanded Power Tool Adapter Set for Home and Shop Vacuums, Silver by Ryan Selpasoria

I received the hose but was unable to connect it to my RIDGID shop vacuum. The manufacturer only sends connectors for small vacuum cleaners. I tried to order all possible adapters from AMAZON. None suits one or the other. (meaning vacuum side or hose side) So I called and wrote to the manufacturer. (It was the weekend so I had to wait until Monday to call back) Part needed for the vacuum hose if you have a big vacuum (I think it's a 2.5" hole or maybe 2.75". on the side of the vacuum cleaner RIDGID) don't get along. In any case, they quickly contacted me, expressed their concern and sent a suitable adapter almost immediately and free of charge for part or shipping. The only thing they asked me for was the model number of the HOME DEPOT RIDGID VACUUM so they can troubleshoot this issue in the future. (which I did) (Actually at least 3 people from CEN-TEC Systems called me back on this issue)
