Monitor and camera look very good. Tested on my dyno using a 13.25VDC power supply, the camera and monitor came to life almost instantly with crisp but very high contrast images - probably due to the poor lighting conditions in my garage. After installing the camera on my RV I couldn't get it to work at all. The monitor seemed to come to life with a small "broadcast tower" icon at the bottom of the screen. I tried to pair the monitor with the camera but kept getting pairing error messages. I even got out my desktop power bank and placed the monitor on the roof of my trailer so I could put it right next to the camera (manufacturer says within 3 feet). Still no luck. Then I disconnected the camera from the position lights and powered it from the same tripod power supply and it worked straight away. It turns out my parking light wiring uses black for plus and white for minus. The camera block is polarity sensitive so make sure you connect red to plus and black to minus. The good news, however, is that once I wired it properly, the camera started working immediately. After looking at other one star reviews, it seems that this power sensitivity issue is causing other customer problems. So if your camera isn't responding, check the polarity of the wiring.
