I loved it until it broke while cleaning. I like the amount of water as I didn't clean the water around the machine, it worked perfectly and I had no problems filling the tank, changing the tank according to the instructions and cleaning and removing the tank there was a small one Piece of plastic which I understand was a very important piece of plastic - it's very small and vertical - it attaches the tank to the base and just broke off :-/. $130 down the drain. There is no way to fix this. This is a design flaw, otherwise I would have given five stars. I'm replacing this with something less slick, but checked to see if people replace their old model after 20 years. This is the investment I'm looking for. Vornado. I've renovated 1845 lofts and they're very dry and I really need something to deaden the damn place and then I need something more industrial and how much more industrial it looks to be better than the ugly unbreakable Vornado. It's not a cheap $130 investment bursting at the seams with this little piece of plastic, I'm very upset.
