It worked fine but I think it has a rough grippy surface for handles and a slightly tighter fit halfway down the end. Maybe loops or something would be safer. They slipped twice while handling if no force was applied to one of the bars. caught them as they fell. I feel like they need to be pulled out with at least a little bit of force when removing them from the hole. My hands were sweaty and slipped along the slick pole. I think next time I'll wear grippy gloves.
