They are also willing to help you out if they can't answer your question or resolve an issue immediately - it's refreshing when working in this industry where customer service seems so lacking at times!! We used CC for nearly 2 years before switching over completely from paper records (which were messy) into electronic format using Check Connected™ software platform by CCSolutions®. The benefits of having all data collected digitally instead of manually entering info directly onto cards made things easier than ever prior to implementing new systems; plus now we have access 24 hours per day via mobile device vs just 9am-5pm office time frame.
