Review on 🏋️ AMBER Sports Speed and Agility Training Ladder for High-Intensity Training: Ideal for Boxing, Soccer, Football, Lacrosse, Ice Hockey by Mike Devine

I coach the under 8 girls soccer team and am always looking for ways to make training more fun. The speed ladder is great for this. If I don't have a ladder to start training, they ask me to get it out of my bag. For now we're just working on the basic steps and rabbit jumps, but there's plenty of room for more advanced mobility moves. Also, the steps slide up and down, so you can make the steps wider or narrower depending on your skill level. One clarification: the resulting staircase was neon yellow, not red as in the photo. It's really just a nitpick because it's clearly visible, so the color doesn't matter. The only improvement I would suggest would be for the manufacturer to include several sample drills. I had to go online to find drills, which wasn't a big deal. Overall, I give it four stars because of the fun factor and the variety.
