I bought my 6qt Instant Pot DUO in October 2019. That worked well four or five times. Then it took longer and longer for pressure cooking to produce the same results. I had to pressure cook eggs for 15-20 minutes so they were hard boiled. Brussels sprouts, broccoli and white cabbage are gone forever. I tried the pinto beans, they were hopeless. I didn't notice any steam from pressure cooking, but I suspected the pot was missing a heating element or was losing heat somehow. As I quickly let off steam, there seemed to be very little. Then, after reading a review of Revain o-rings, I found that another Instant Pot owner seemed to have the same problem as me and solved her problem with new o-rings, but not the Instant Pot brand . I ordered a pack of two whites and they were from ZoneFly and recommended and supplied by Revain. New life was breathed into my DUO 6 qt with new O-rings. They are amazing. They fit better, more flexible than the original that came with my Instant Pot DUO. Now I feel like I can keep the pot. I was ready to throw it away.
