The device is beautiful and draws more water than a regular bathroom faucet. The swiveling faucet allows my family to flip it out of the way while brushing their teeth. (No further explanation needed!) The only difficulty with installation, as with any faucet from ANY manufacturer, is replacing the faucet. When a faucet is installed during construction or renovation, the plumber installs it in the sink BEFORE installing the sink. He has enough space to place the unit and screw it to the base and he only needs to go under the cabinet to attach it to the water pipes (IN THE EMPTY cabinet). The homeowner has to empty the closet and then shake and shake it in the closed space. Remove not one, but two locknuts from the old block (on each side) and then repeat the process to install the new block. The speeches are over. The whole family loves this faucet and it was worth the time and effort! (PS, we also had a chance to clear out the stuff we've been hoarding in the closet for years!)
