Good value for money. It can actually deliver 4.0A at 4.85V. This is more than the maximum required 3.2A for the RPi 4. That's 4.96V at 3A and 5.06V at 2A. Don't assume these voltages are too accurate as these 5, 5mm DC jacks will vary somewhat in resistance.
