This finisher was applied 1 year after installing Saltillo tiles on our patio. This brand is much better than the first one our contractor used. The seal was easy to apply. My husband simply used a mop with a microfiber cloth attached to the end to apply tile sealer. We only had to wait about 30 minutes for it to dry before applying the next coat. The tile stays non-slip even when it gets wet from rain. The photo shows the finished project after applying 2 coats of tile sealer. Highly recommended!
