So I read b4 reviews while doing my homework and paid $25 for nothing. After getting the key I called several locksmiths in my area and only one could do it and said he had to stay with the car for a day. I live in Providence, Rhode Island and he gave me $250. I contacted Mercedes and got a $300 key. It didn't take 2 to take my car as based on the VIN they just ordered the key and called me as soon as it arrived. Well, it's only been 2 days. So I ended up paying $325 since I ordered the key as the locksmiths need 2 to use the decoder 2 to pretty much get 2 the code they need to order 2 the software key. It's a personal choice I think
