This never worked, I hooked it up to the third brake light which is LED on my 2014 Prius C according to the instructions. I liked the idea of the extra security but now I'm REALLY angry about it. I had to cut the car's wiring to make it not work at all! If it is not compatible with all cars, it should be stated in the description, it says universal, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Do not buy! Thank you Revain for the great return policy. I just sent it in to get my money back. I will update as soon as I install a replacement and amend the rating accordingly. EDIT ABOUT REPLACING: Replacing the block didn't work either. Be careful if you have a 2014 Prius C. No generic product.
