So far so good. The cap slipped right onto my brush with no problem. I have severe arthritis in my hands but I put the cap on or off with no problem. Note. This product is designed to be turned on/off. Cannot be opened with a lock or hinge. I've noticed some negative reviews of toothbrush cases complaining that the clasps sometimes break easily. With this product, there will be no such problems. The only downside is that my cat was very disappointed to discover that she couldn't chew on my toothbrush this morning (which was one of the reasons I got the blankets, besides the trip). I'm sorry kitten!
