Good quality filters but high pressure drop
The build quality of these filters is good and solid and they catch the same amount of dirt as the 3M red filters I have used in the past. But the pressure drop they have is much greater than that of the 3M model. This means that as your fan picks up more dirt, it has to work harder to push the same amount of air. And anything that works harder wears out faster. It only took about a week for my system to trigger the pressure sensor on this filter.
