Dissappointed

I bought it because of the nozzle but I had to return it because I couldn't figure out how it works. I've never tried to work with a heat press, so it's difficult for me. I am trying to find instructions online, I have the same brand but found a different model but it still didn't work. The machine must be defective. The supplied "manual" supposedly didn't help at all. There are no clear instructions.
