Seller Not only dust cap but also dust cap

My dust cap arrived in damaged packaging. And I want to thank Powertec customer service. They responded immediately and sent a new device in reinforced packaging free of charge. I can't even begin to express how much I appreciate good customer service. The hood itself is of good quality. He basically survived something like a car accident. Only one side was injured in the injury. So, I'm very happy that the new one is fully intact. So happy with my purchase and most importantly the Powertec customer service.
