There are a lot of bad reviews about how difficult it is to assemble. It may be confusing, but it's actually very simple! I recommend anyone who buys to watch a youtube video on assembly (I found at least 2, they exist). The tightening of the screws is because the body is aluminum. When one is unscrewed, the tension shifts. Same as reassemble. I would recommend loosening all the screws. before completely removing one of them during disassembly, and then running all of them before tightening any of them during reassembly. Makes a lot easier. The screws are very tight, it would be better to use a larger screwdriver, but the one provided works fine. Just walk slowly and confidently to avoid the sweep! The only downside I have to say is that the SD card slot is pretty unusable. Cannot take out the SD card unless you have tweezers or something. I'm okay with that because I never change mine. But keep that in mind. If you change cards frequently, you will need to remove all 8 screws each time. Otherwise this case is perfect! This keeps my Pi much cooler than before and I've overclocked the GPU to 750MHz, the CPU to 2.147GHz and I haven't seen it hit 45C yet!
