I bought a camera extension cable. The camera didn't work. Calypso's plug-in quote diagnosed the problem as cable length since the camera was power sensitive. I received an RMA immediately. Excellent technical support and customer service. I tried the USB scanner extension and it worked great. The product is well assembled and works as intended. Plugable states on its website that this is not recommended for cameras and other audiovisual devices. Based on my positive experience, I will buy plug-in products in the future. The best test of a business is how it solves problems.
