I am 63 years old, in good shape, recently purchased Rise Up(RU). I was a bit skeptical because I had bought other enhancement products that had side effects including pain in my joints, lower back and legs. When I first received the RU pack, I took one capsule on a partially empty stomach around 2pm. I felt some kind of activity for the first few hours, nothing extreme, and then it started. Around 4:30pm after the first 2.5 hours I took another 1/2 open capsule, put it in water. By pouring the contents of the capsule into a glass of water, you accelerate its action in the body. The next day at about 11:30 am I took the 2nd 1/2 capsule, opened it, put it in water. The effect lasted late into the night. No serious side effects, headache, joint pain, nasal congestion. Some acidic reflexes and lack of sleep. Taking 2 in 24 hours might be too much for me. But I am delighted with this product and will be buying more soon!
