I'm on my 3rd bottle of watermelon flavor now and have tried grape flavor. The only unfortunate part of this product is the grape flavor, it tastes like cough syrup but the watermelon is delicious. I've found that I can recover from training about a day earlier than usual, and I've actually found that after a tough day, my joints and tendons don't hurt as much as they used to. I usually take 3 tablespoons a day and it comes on smoothly, it's a post workout highlight when I take these scoops because I know how much it helps. Definitely recommend this to all weightlifters who have joint pain.
