I like that it is able to search through all of my patient records at once instead one by 1 which would be very time consuming! There are some glitches in this program but they have been addressed quickly when reported so overall its not an issue with me using the product as much has any other platform i use daily such as Excel or Word etc..

Its great because you can access your patients information from anywhere via internet no matter where their office might actually reside if there isn't wifi available locally!! It's also really easy too add new notes/medications into our system since we're doing most everything online now-a days. No more having multiple hard copies everywhere just kept under lock & key. ! We've had issues finding certain meds before due to different spelling variations however after contacting customer service about how important those were being missed out during transcription sometimes these.
