CuebridgeCX is a great platform that allows us to manage our clients quickly and effectively. They provide a great support team that is always helpful and knowledgeable about their product. We love that we are able to communicate with customers and prospects in real time and that we are able to keep up with our contacts and their needs. I do not have any dislikes of this product at this time. We use CuebridgeCX to manage clients and prospects. This software helps us communicate with customers and prospects in real time and allows us to keep up with our contacts and their needs. I like that it is easy for my team members to use as well as their customers. The customer service has been great! We have not had any issues but they are always quick to respond when you do run into an issue or question. Sometimes our account managers cannot see what's happening in certain accounts so this can be helpful. If your looking for something simple then cue bridge cx may work for you. They give us all the tools we need to make sure our sales reps are getting everything needed from them.
