Update 2 December 31, 2019 Upgraded to one star for a call I received from tech support today. Very competent and very helpful contact person. He frankly told me that the user could not turn off the radio in the device and gave good reasons for this. Unfortunately, this product is not for me. Back he returns to Revain. Update December 31, 2019: The device drops connections and is now interfering with another router. There doesn't seem to be a way to turn off the radio and/or disable DHCP. If the router were active, this wouldn't be a problem, but the router isn't ready for prime time. The signals from the router were so-so when I first set it up, but the mesh satellites didn't connect. Sometimes the signal from the router disappears. I gave up everything and decided to just use it like RATtrap, but with the glitches it causes it's a losing battle. Unfortunately, despite the website and phone listing, this company does NOT offer customer support. Revane is returned to the box. Thank you Revain for a great return policy. Update 12/27/2019: The customer support of the manufacturer does not seem to be available. I've called many times only to get a message asking me to wait for a support agent followed by a message saying "We can't take your call" and either leaving a message or an e -Send a mail. I have sent many emails in the last 10 days but no reply. I bought the device following the manufacturer's recommendation that this is a way to implement RATtrap for bandwidths exceeding RATtrap's 200Mbps limit. However, all attempts to get help setting it up have been unsuccessful. I'll give them some time or he'll come back in a crate with Revane.
