The plastic oil siphon broke on the first day

The plastic oil siphon broke on the first day, causing my compressor to run continuously. No parts support. I was about to plug the hole but this size is not available. A plug M16x1.5 or M14x1.5 is sufficient. I also removed the lubricator and used the pressure regulator alone. I don't have much confidence that the regulator will last much longer. I will look for a replacement and send it back.
