Review on WolfRide 🐺 Flush Shank Router Bearing by Rick Alexander

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Cuts soft aluminum in trim

One of the cheapest items I've found on Amazon. I bought it with the intention of cutting aluminum with a hand router. I thought they were one off beats. However, after cutting about 20 feet of 1/2 inch diameter aluminum, the drill remained sharp. Of course with a constant flow of lube and a slower milling speed, but so far my expectations have been exceeded. I've read in some reviews that the bearing was what came first, I think it probably will as it's probably not the highest quality bearing for the price they sell it for.

Pros
  • Note: The shank must be 3/4 in. and tight for clamping force to be applied.
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
