Design The device is light and made of plastic. It seems pretty solid but definitely lighter. The front display is easy to read when connected to your vehicle's cigarette lighter adapter. The handle on the phone button also rotates easily. The only thing that might be an issue for some people is the USB ports for charging, be it QC 3.0 or PD USB-C if it's on the bottom or bottom of the device. Check out the product photos and see if this is the issue for you. Once plugged in, the device boots up within a second or so. The small display shows "bt" and you know that you can now connect your device. It was easy to do on my iPhone XS. Just go to Settings, then Bluetooth, then "NX12". Done and paired. To find an FM station, it was easy to change the frequency. Simply press the "Channel" button on the front panel, rotate the knob with the phone icon on it to the frequency, press "Channel" again and you're done. Tip: If you rarely or never use the FM radio again, consider removing the external antenna. on your vehicle. Mine was easy to remove by unscrewing the base of the antenna counterclockwise from the hood of my car. However, first consult the user manual or visit YouTube to learn how to remove the antenna. This way, external radio stations won't interfere with your Nulaxy FM transmitter. Sound quality Music and audio books are reproduced with crystal clarity. No problem. I kept the volume at around 85% on my iPhone and set the equalizers to natural or neutral. I adjusted the volume on the stereo and also on the equalizer. Charging via USB-A and C. The USB charging ports, as mentioned, are located on the bottom or "bottom" of the device. Connecting the cable won't be easy if you can't fully concentrate on the device. My jack is below the stereo, so I plug it in horizontally. I have to reach underneath to plug in the charging cable or remove the device entirely. This is perhaps the only negative. To fix this problem, just keep the cable plugged in at all times. I think it depends on the car and the user. Although it is not an obstacle for me. Having QC 3.0 and USB-C PD is cool and worth it. Conclusion I would recommend purchasing this device if you 1) need a compact Bluetooth FM transmitter, 2) need QC 3.0 capabilities, and/or 3) need a USB-C PD charging port for your device. Since you're already looking at this review, I'm guessing you already need an FM transmitter. If so, try the Nulaxy Bluetooth FM Transmitter. Outstanding performance, ease of use and affordable price.
