At first the lock worked fine. However, like numerous reviewers below who have had this lock for at least a few months, I hear the trigger move when I enter the code, but the handle just rotates. The situation got worse and now there are cases where blocking/unblocking takes up to a minute. Replaced battery with no success. I tried repeatedly to contact the manufacturer, but still could not speak to the person - I was simply put in constant contact with classical piano music. Schlage does not provide support? save your money I do NOT recommend buying this lock.
