The Apera turbidimeter provides reproducible results in a user-friendly format

We used this product to determine the level of turbidity in freshly brewed wines. The instrument provides consistent, reproducible MTU values obtained in a simple and user-friendly format. The results obtained allowed an accurate prediction of the thermal stability of our wine, the necessary data before bottling.
