Mixing valve reversed. After installation, I pressure tested the water system and tested mixing valve prior to walls being enclosed. Hot was cold and cold was hot. Also, shower selector for hand held vs rainfall shower was reversed. I verified over and over. Hot water pipes were hot to the touch going into red port and cold water pipes felt cold going into blue port. The installation is not mixed up on my end. The walls are open and very clear to see it’s installed correctly. Also, mixing valve is in correct orientation (it’s clearly labeled up and down). My only option is to uninstall and send this unit back and wait on another or cut my pipes and put hot into cold and cold into hot. Also cut pipes for rainfall and handheld and swap. Although I hate to do it, it’s faster and easier to swap out the pipes and the error won’t be seen inside the wall. Lucky I tested before tiling the shower. This would have been given a 5 star had I not gone through this trouble. Quality seems superb and I was really looking forward to posting a really positive review. Straight out of the box, I was super impressed. If company works with me to rectify error, I would consider changing my review.
