Review on Home Master TMAFC ERP L Artesian Undersink by Douglas Cochrane

UPDATE: I recently received a call from the Home Master Manager in Phoenix, Arizona and we had a very pleasant chat. He apologized for the issues I had trying to order from their website and said they were working to fix it. He also apologized for the way I was treated when I called their office and said it would not happen again. I fully accept the home master's apologies and look forward to working with them in the future. My full contact artesian reverse osmosis system works great and with the addition of a booster pump due to my low water pressure the reverse osmosis system works great and produces all the reverse osmosis water I need for my needs. For the above reasons, I have changed my overall rating to FIVE STARS. Thank you HomeMaster! This Home Master TMAFC-ERP-L artesian reverse osmosis system is very efficient. I have well water with a TDS of 420 and this system gives a TDS of 22. Also, once the system is installed, the plastic clips that are supposed to hold the filters in place are a joke. My filters keep slipping out and just hanging on the hose that goes to them. Rating: Home Master's customer service is a joke. I tried to place an order for some parts but the website kept kicking me out and not allowing me to place an order. After being passed over a few times I spent some time with them on the phone and was finally able to place an order over the phone. Why even have a website - it's not good. All I got from them was "computers do weird things" when I contacted them about their website crashing. I gave them two stars because they are a great product but they have lousy customer support. rant:
