Review on ReelWorks Hand Crank Air Compressor Hose Reel (L201303A) - No Hose Included by Steve Washington

well this thing actually works pretty well if you find out for yourself. The installation section states that you must refer to the application to be built. Applications NO. You're on your own, so it would be better if you were a little accommodating and adept at understanding things without much help. I needed an additional 3/8" to 1/4" adapter to connect the main hose to the swivel fitting. I also had to manipulate the hose from this fitting around the crank handle to get it through the hole in the flange without pinching the hose. I bought a 3 foot extension to get from the compressor to the umbilical hose connection and had to go for a 4 foot extension instead so the coil was a little higher on the wall from the compressor on the floor. Once completed the unit performs as I would expect from a no frills hose reel. I can't say if it's durable, but overall it feels solid.
