This has worked well for adding grit to the paint I have applied to my scaffolding boards. However, it is very difficult to keep it in limbo, even though I mixed it well and adjusted it as recommended. I had to stir it between each brush bath to make sure I had enough paint to apply. And after covering the board I still had plenty of it at the bottom of the container. Small things have a big impact. If I use it again I'll try a different application method - maybe apply a lacquer/paint mix and Skid-Tex to the board and spread it out. Maybe the paint is thick enough to keep it floating, but the paint isn't.
